- Winemaking: Grapes are collected by hand and only when optimum maturity has been reached. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures achieving a delicate polyphenol extraction. After pressed, the wine is aged for 10 months, mainly in American oak barrels.
- Tasting note: Deep cherry red color. In nose: Intense aromatic smell of berries and eucalyptus harmoniously combined with notes of chocolate and caramel arising of the oak barrels. In mouth: friendly and well balanced with a lingering lasting taste.
- Serving temperature: 18 ºC
- Food pairing: Excellent for roasted meats, stews with herbs and fruits, aged cheeses.
