- Winemaking: Grapes are selected and harvested manually from selected vineyards where, in exceptional years, the weather allows the greatest concentration and ripeness. Cold pre-fermentative maceration then takes place to set color and aroma. They are aged in French oak barrels for 12-14 months.
- Tasting note: Deep ruby red color. In nose: great aromatic complexity where ripe berries and vanilla notes, stand out. In mouth it presents great personality and structure with soft and sweet tannins smoothed by its passage through oak barrels.
- Serving temperature: 18 ºC.
- Food pairing: Ideal to serve with baked or barbecued red meats, meat stews and fatty (sacar la palabra and) spicy cheeses.
