Tannat Reserve

- Winemaking: Grapes are kept in 20k boxes with added selected enzyme and yeast. Fermentation is obtained at a temperature of 26 ºC, and the wine is macerated for 15 days. It is then transferred to oak barrels were malolactic fermentation takes place. 6 months maturing in French and American oak barrels and 10 months in bottle.
- Tasting note: Red color with purple highlights. Complex aromas were the taste of berries predominates with nut, vanilla and chocolate notes. In mouth fruit and mint notes come together with mature tannins.
- Serving temperature: 18 ºC.
- Wine pairing: Excellent to accompany spiced or barbecued meats and strong fondue cheeses.
