• Winemaking: Grapes are collected by hand and only when optimum maturity has been reached. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures achieving a delicate polyphenol extraction. After pressed, the wine is aged for 10 months, 70 % in American oak, and 30 % in French oak barrels.
• Tasting note: Deep attractive crimson color. In nose it unfolds the aroma of ripe caramelized berries. In mouth, the flavor combines roasted and vanilla notes arising from the oak barrels. Nice characteristic Tannat structure with a persistent lingering taste.
• Serving temperature: 18ºC
• Food pairing: Perfect to be served with stuffed meats, lamb and cheeses such as goat or lamb cheese.
